SVdP Adds Fan Distribution Day
Because of the continuing heat and humidity, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul-Cincinnati has added a fourth fan distribution on July 29.
Beginning at 8:30 am the organization will distribute 100 fans to people in need. Families must provide a photo ID and there is a limit of one fan per household. Families are eligible to receive a fan every two years.
“It has been difficult for many in our community to stay cool this summer,” said Mike Dunn, Executive Director of St. Vincent de Paul. “We’d like to thank our partners and the community at large for responding to this important drive. Because of your support, we’re able to offer an additional distribution date to ensure we can keep our neighbors in need cool.”
This year’s drive is supported by WCPO, Huntington Bank, Braun Heating & Air Conditioning and, Tedia.
