At least 1500 people attended protests in Cincinnati and Dayton Saturday, the National Day to Protest Planned Parenthood.

Cincinnati’s official count is 1100, though it may have been larger, and Dayton’s is 300.

More to come!

  1. Another way to continue the protest is to keep writing our elected officials to defund PP and an economic boycott of corporate supporters. While shopping at the store, we make mention that we are not buying certain brands as they support PP.

To further help the unborn, scrips at each parish that fund PP should be discontinued and substitute vendors added. Our Catholic family already was not patronizing an expensive coffee shop due to its already known support of PP. Another substitute coffee shop was already on the scrips list, one that we use that besides making great and more affordable coffee, has meals and baked goods to eat!

Some may balk at boycotting the “in” places and shudder what others will think of them if they do so. But the unborn suffering at the hands of PP will continue to suffer if we think of ourselves more than them. Time to take up the Cross if one has not already

Luke chapter 9 sums this up:

23 And he said to all, “If any man would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.
24 For whoever would save his life will lose it; and whoever loses his life for my sake, he will save it.
25 For what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses or forfeits himself?
26 For whoever is ashamed of me and of my words, of him will the Son of man be ashamed when he comes in his glory and the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.*
