Photo: Largest Incoming Class Ever at Thomas More
Fast-growing Thomas More College (Crestview Hills, KY) welcomed its largest freshman class in history this fall. Nearly 475 full-time traditional students were registered on campus, a 41% increase over last year’s class. Total full-time enrollment is now 1118, with a total headcount (the school also offers associates degree programs and graduate degrees for working professionals) of 1964.
“People constantly ask the reason for the growth,” said TMC President David Armstrong, JD. “It’s not just our great faculty, administration and students; I believe it’s because we are a values-based institution that lives its mission.”
One of only 10 diocesan colleges in the nation, Thomas More College was founded by Benedictine Sisters as Villa Madonna College in 1921. It is routinely named one of the best values in higher education by Money magazine’s Best College Buys issue, and was recognized as the number one college for return on investment in Greater Cincinnati and Kentucky by PayScale in 2015 and 2016.
